I photographed these two little tidbits last summer when we went with them to their grandparents "cabin" (I'll never understand why people call small mansions "cabins"...). They are great friends of mine, and our kids are almost the exact same age. I managed to grab a snapshot of "Dee", the dog, because he's (she's?!) been around for a loonnnngggg time ... and deserves a portrait as well :)
