Those of you who stop by my blog from time to time surely know of Kyla. Three times we made an attempt to capture her now 38 week baby belly, twice the weather thought better of the idea. This day though, we got lucky - it was the perfect setting. I left my house after the big kids were ready for bed, and baby Sophie already happily in dreamland. The sun was shining, the temperature warm, and the rains from the days prior left behind a wonderful humidity. I arrived early, and sat in silence, reflecting on all that has blessed my life. And that has been plenty. The only sounds, were that of the vehicles on the highway way off in the distance.
Kyla arrived, and we tucked ourselved in a quiet corner of the woods. Peaceful serenity. We talked like old friends, laughed at each other, remarked at the beauty of the sun, and enjoyed an intimate photo session capturing one of the classiest ladies I'm pleased to know. Thank you, Kyla - my dear friend - for allowing me to do this, I hope you're happy with what we came up with .... and these are just a few :)
